The Room Experience

My room was on the 15th floor with views over the Cotai Strip, and honestly, watching the city light up at night never got old. The décor strikes this balance between opulent and comfortable — think rich fabrics and dark wood, but not so over-the-top that you feel like you can’t touch anything. The bathroom deserves a mention too, with that deep soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of exploring (or gambling, let’s be real). Air conditioning works like a dream, which matters more than you’d think in Macau’s humidity.

Dining & Entertainment

The restaurant scene here is actually impressive — there’s this Cantonese place that does dim sum better than most spots in Hong Kong, which is saying something. I was skeptical at first, thinking it’d be typical casino food, but the chefs clearly know what they’re doing. The coffee shop stays open late, which is clutch when you’re on that weird casino schedule where time becomes meaningless. And speaking of the casino — it’s massive and well-ventilated, so even non-smokers can enjoy the action without feeling overwhelmed.

  Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

  The front desk are very hospitality and informative . Jason Wu helped with all my inquiries as I was in a business trip to catch up with two meetings. They arranged early check-in and allowed late check out and provide necessary information and recommendations for all questions I asked. The Suite is very clean and large space than most of hotels in a fairly good price. The hotel also provides free shuttles to the borders, other hotels within the same group. So it’s very convenient to visit all major landmark within footstep. Thanks.
