Sitting right in the heart of Cotai, the hotel is part of The Londoner Macao complex, which means you’ve got a ridiculous amount on your doorstep. Couples especially seem to love it here — and I get why, because the location rating from guests is genuinely exceptional, sitting at 9.6 for two-person trips. You’re close to the main entertainment strips, but the complex itself is large enough that it never feels chaotic or overwhelming. It’s one of those spots where you could honestly spend a full day without ever needing to leave.

The Room

I mean, the beds. That’s what people keep coming back to talk about, and they’re not wrong — the sleep quality here is something guests consistently rave about. The rooms themselves carry that same British-inspired aesthetic throughout, which sounds gimmicky but actually feels quite refined and considered up close. There’s real attention to detail in the finishes, and the space feels genuinely luxurious rather than just expensive-looking. You wake up feeling like you actually slept, which — especially after a night out in Macau — matters more than you’d think.

Breakfast

Breakfast here leans Asian, which makes total sense given where you are, and it’s worth setting your alarm for. The spread is generous and well put together — nothing feels like an afterthought. If you’re someone who judges a hotel by its morning meal (and honestly, you should), this one holds up well. It sets a good tone for the day, and the dining space itself has that same grand, polished feel as the rest of the property.

  Grand, clean, good selection of retail outlets. Most importantly the staff shows their dedication and commitment to service excellence. Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic – he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations. It was his enthusiasm that made us feel like we were treated like VIP; and he made us believe that all the staff were just as dedicated as him.
  
  What could be improved: Not a lot of F&B selection. Except for Lord Stow’s egg tarts, there isn’t any other good local food brand offerings. The food court is especially disappointing.

  The staff were incredible. The place is huge, I kept walking around finding more and more places to eat.I am already try to plan a visit back in November. I only had two days planned but once I realized how grand this establishment is I will plan for more days.

  service and the staff themselves are top notch. I came with my mom and they raised the room rating and it was something cool…. and the room is super with a mini bar with a full-screen TV and Byredo cosmetics. I recommend and will come again, thanks for the real quality and service. My mom liked the bed and how nice it was to sleep!!
