  Grand, clean, good selection of retail outlets. Most importantly the staff shows their dedication and commitment to service excellence. Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic – he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations. It was his enthusiasm that made us feel like we were treated like VIP; and he made us believe that all the staff were just as dedicated as him.
  
  What could be improved: Not a lot of F&B selection. Except for Lord Stow’s egg tarts, there isn’t any other good local food brand offerings. The food court is especially disappointing.

  The staff were incredible. The place is huge, I kept walking around finding more and more places to eat.I am already try to plan a visit back in November. I only had two days planned but once I realized how grand this establishment is I will plan for more days.

  service and the staff themselves are top notch. I came with my mom and they raised the room rating and it was something cool…. and the room is super with a mini bar with a full-screen TV and Byredo cosmetics. I recommend and will come again, thanks for the real quality and service. My mom liked the bed and how nice it was to sleep!!
