  Extremely spacious room and huge bed, our room view facing the Splash water world.
  The staff assisted us with an early check in upon arrival, and offered us a connecting room as our current room is not ready until after 3pm (we arrived at the hotel around 12pm)
  
  I've requested a welcome surprise for my brother and due to our room change, W staff contacted our room once we were back from sightseeing and brought us a welcome gift, thank you for that. 😊
