This five-star resort sits right in the heart of Cotai, and you can tell from the moment you arrive that they’ve invested serious money into making this concept work.

The Cotai Strip Experience

The location is actually incredible — you’re right on the Cotai Strip where all the major action happens, but The Londoner manages to feel like its own little world. You can walk to other major casinos and shopping centers in minutes, which couples especially seem to love (and honestly, I get why they rated the location so highly). The whole Cotai area has this energy that’s different from the older parts of Macau — it’s newer, shinier, and everything feels designed for entertainment. What’s nice is that you get all that excitement right outside your door, but the hotel itself provides plenty of reasons to stay put.

Accommodations and Amenities

The room here is genuinely impressive — spacious, well-appointed, and they’ve managed to incorporate the British theme without making it feel like you’re sleeping in a museum. Each room has these thoughtful touches that show they understand what luxury travelers actually want. The resort has multiple pools, a spa that’s worth spending time in, and honestly more dining options than you could try in a week. Parking is available on-site, which might seem like a small thing but it’s actually pretty convenient given how busy this area gets.

Breakfast here is something else — they’ve got this massive buffet setup with Continental, Full English, Asian, and American options all laid out beautifully. You know what I really appreciated? They actually do a proper English breakfast, not some watered-down version. The restaurant options throughout the property range from casual to seriously upscale, and the British pub they’ve created feels surprisingly authentic. Beyond dining, there’s a casino (obviously), shopping areas, and entertainment venues that keep things interesting without feeling overwhelming.

  The staff was absolutely astonishing! They are so polite and pleasant. From door staff to check in staff to the very well dressed lift lobby personnel, they really aim to provide a good service. Our housekeeping lady was professional and gave us an accurate time as to when we can return to our rooms to refresh ourselves.

  The service is super B, they upgrade me from normal suite to 2 rooms with breakfast for 4 adults 2 kids.
  Celebrating birthday, the staff purposely come to decorate our room. Breakfast until 1pm. Only stay in this hotel I got experience to have late breakfast. So O dont have to wake up so early to enjoy breakfast.

  The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them.
  Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!
