There’s something romantic about being able to stroll along the strip in the evening, then retreat back to your luxury tower when you’ve had enough of the crowds.

The Room Experience

The room itself — well, let’s just say they don’t call it Epic Tower for nothing. The views are genuinely spectacular, especially if you snag one of the higher floors. What struck me most was the attention to detail in the design; everything feels purposeful and elegant without being stuffy. The bathrooms are particularly impressive, with those deep soaking tubs that make you want to just disappear for an hour. You know what’s nice? The parking situation is actually sorted — they offer free private parking, which in a place like Macau is honestly a blessing.

Breakfast here is something else entirely. They’ve got this mix of Asian and American options that actually works — I was skeptical at first, but the execution is spot-on.   It’s very new and as a separate tower from the main tower, it’s more intimate. Never had a queue at the check in desk and concierge even during peak LNY holidays. Staff were helpful and very responsive over booking.com messaging, and put in amenities like a tent, mustela set and a football for my son. Even had slippers and bathroom for 2 yo and did a bit of child proofing. The property is also connected to the new light rail so made travelling around certain places a bit more convenient.

  Very friendly and exceedingly helpful staff. Special thanks to front desk staff Daniel Kwan who went out of his way to assist us in getting to the border in time for our return to Hong Kong. The restaurant servers were also very attentive. Food at breakfast is hand-down the best I have ever had at any 5-star hotels around the world!
