  Beautiful hotel, with exquisite fishing and craftsmanship, contemporary design and stylish, we love staying here, it exudes luxury without being pretentious or intimidating and the staff are truly wonderful. It’s really well located and within a short stroll to a more Portuguese experience and a short ride to historic relics.

  What a beautiful hotel!
  The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and water / coffee pods replenished daily, the breakfast & food / drinks available in the exec lounge were great, there were several pools to relax in, and the shuttle service between hotels made it easy to visit other locations.

  The facilities in the hotel were fabulous. There was a beautiful pool and easy access to the grand deck resort water park too. It was located within walking distance of the rest of the strip to. The staff were amazing. They noticed it was as my husbands birthday in a few days time, from his passport at check in. They then provided him with two lovely surprises to the room.

  The hotel amenities are amazing. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds, plus kids are well taken care of. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety of Asian and international dishes and service is very good.
  
  What could be improved: It took us 35 minutes to check-in (not including waiting time in line). Then staff came up to our room because they forgot to take passport details. Check-out was also lengthy and staff over complicated things. I would expect from a 5 star hotel, that check-in and out is effortless and quick. We had four kids waiting and running around.

  Great location and facilities with grand resort deck just downstairs and kids club accessible for hotel guests too! Particularly appreciate all the staff at executive lounge, super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great food and great service!
